Returns
To initiate a return, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and return shipping address.
Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Any item marked “Final Sale”
Exchanges
At this time, Amber Doll Boutique does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your eligible purchase for a refund (if approved) and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as AmberDoll Boutique is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
