Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (when offered)

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, shipping times are outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you in working with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
